Account & Registration

To open an account at 9xxx, you need an active Bangladeshi mobile number (+880) and a valid email address. Registration takes just 2–3 minutes — simply fill in your name, date of birth, mobile number, and password. Please note that you must be 18 years of age or older.

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts violates 9xxx's terms, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited. Every benefit is available through a single account.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email, and an OTP or reset link will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.

KYC verification may be required before large withdrawals. Go to Account Settings and upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent once done.

Yes, you can temporarily suspend your account (Self-Exclusion) or permanently delete it. Contact our support center to proceed. Before deleting your account, make sure your balance is at zero.
Payments & Transactions

9xxx supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and card payments. Mobile banking offers the fastest transaction speeds.

The minimum deposit at 9xxx is just ৳100 BDT, making it easy for new users to get started with a small investment. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level and chosen payment method.

Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are usually processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. If KYC verification is not completed, your first withdrawal may take longer.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. Occasionally, network delays may cause a 5–10 minute wait. If that happens, contact our support center with your payment slip or reference number and we'll resolve it promptly.

9xxx does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. For withdrawals, no fee is charged above a certain amount.
Betting & Lottery

9xxx offers betting on 20+ sports, including cricket, football, tennis, badminton, basketball, and kabaddi. Special offers are available during Bangladesh cricket matches and the IPL. You can also join in on live betting.

Log in and go to the Lottery section, choose your preferred lottery, then pick your numbers or use the "Random Pick" option. The ticket price will be deducted from your balance, and draw results will be automatically notified to your account.

Bets are settled as soon as a match or event ends, and any winnings are automatically credited to your wallet. Your balance typically updates within 5 minutes of the result being confirmed.

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a "Cash Out" option is available, you can sell your bet while the match is still in progress. If an event is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded.
