1 Introduction & Consent

9xxx.bet (hereinafter referred to as "9xxx", "we", or "us") is an international online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user or "member") and 9xxx.

By visiting the 9xxx website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are fully agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Requirements & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to place bets on 9xxx. This is a strict rule with no exceptions. We believe keeping minors away from gambling is a social responsibility.

• Providing false age information at registration is a serious violation.
• A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• If an account is identified as belonging to a minor, all associated transactions will be voided.

Additionally, 9xxx may not be used from any country where online betting is prohibited by law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their own country.

4 Deposits & Payments

9xxx supports easy deposits through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following rules in mind:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit. 9xxx is not responsible for deposits lost due to an incorrect reference.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not permitted. The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be the same.
• 9xxx reserves the right to verify any deposit. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily put on hold.
• No additional charges apply on deposits, though mobile banking service fees may apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 9xxx:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held for up to 72 hours.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

9xxx never charges extra fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile operator may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9xxx offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. There are some important conditions to be aware of when using these bonuses:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, which will be stated in the respective bonus offer.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the specified wagering conditions are met.
• 9xxx reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 9xxx:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in special circumstances.
• Bet outcomes are determined solely by 9xxx's official data feed. Information from any external source will not be accepted.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 9xxx reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time your bet is submitted are final.
• 9xxx reserves the right to review any bet placed with an unusually large amount on a single match.

Match fixing or placing bets based on advance knowledge of results obtained through any dishonest means is strictly prohibited and may be considered a criminal offense.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9xxx:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Attempting to steal data from or hack other members' accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by a minor.
• Misconduct or threats directed at 9xxx staff.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9xxx may close an account either on its own initiative or at a user's request:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your account at any time. You can also use the self-exclusion tool to temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account.
• Closure for Breach of Terms: 9xxx may close any account without notice for any violation of these terms.
• Inactive Accounts: An account may be declared inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more.

If there is any remaining balance at the time of account closure, the refund process will depend on the reason for closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

9xxx accepts no liability for the following:

• Losing a bet due to an internet connection failure.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.

9xxx always strives to maintain the highest standard of service. Should any temporary disruption occur due to technical reasons, we are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.
